About the Owner
Hi, I'm Keith Daughtridge, founder of ACE Roofing & Exteriors — and if you're reading this, chances are your roof is due for a little TLC or need an exterior refresh. Either way, you're in good hands with a TEAM trusted by over 2500 homeowners!
Before ACE, I spent years helping companies all over the country build elite door-to-door sales teams, scale operations, and create real opportunities for hard-working people. Along the way, I realized something: too many roofing companies talk big about "quality and honesty" while cutting corners and leaving homeowners in the dark. That didn’t sit right with me.
So I set out to build ACE Roofing & Exteriors with a simple mission — to bring faith, integrity, and transparency back to the roofing industry... and have a little fun doing it. We’re a veteran-owned, family-driven, Texas-born company that believes in doing the job right the first time, communicating every step of the way, and treating every home like it’s our own.

We include pricing for our Good, Better & Best options to ensure we have a package that fits your goals and budget for the project.
Step 3: Schedule & Prepare
Once your project is approved, we lock in your build date, order materials exactly as outlined in your agreement, and send you a detailed pre-install checklist so you know exactly what to expect. You’ll receive real-time updates throughout the process—including material delivery, permit status, and introductions to your assigned project manager—so you're never left wondering what's next.
Step 4: Build Day Execution
Our crew arrives on time, ready to work. Your property is fully protected with tarps, before any work begins. Every phase is handled with precision: from tear-off to install to cleanup. Your dedicated superintendent is on-site and in communication the entire time, sending real-time updates with photos and progress checks. By the end of the day, your roof isn’t just done—it’s done right.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Warranty
Once your roof is complete, we perform a full quality inspection and walk the job with you to ensure every detail meets our standards—and yours. We’ll answer any final questions, confirm your complete satisfaction, and deliver your warranty documentation along with a signed Certificate of Completion and a final project photo report documenting the proper installation of every component on the roof.
