Hi, my name is Keith Daughtridge, founder of ACE Roofing & Exteriors, and I’m grateful you’re here.

Help homeowners understand their roof damage, guide them through inspections, and assist with insurance claims.
Training provided — perfect for motivated people wanting a high-income career.

2. Project Manager

Oversee roofing projects, ensure quality installation, coordinate crews, and maintain communication with homeowners.

3. Field Inspector

Perform roof inspections, document storm damage, take photos, and support the adjuster meeting process.

Do I need roofing or sales experience to apply?

No. Many of our top performers came in with no roofing or D2D experience. We provide full training in roofing systems, inspections, sales communication, safety, and field operations.
